Why EPI training…
- EPI Data Centre Training -
Hands-on Expert Knowledge
The EPI courses are written by a group of data centre veterans with many years of experience in designing, auditing and operating data centres all over the world. With many projects performed globally you can be assured that the EPI consultants have done it all and seen it all. The EPI courses provide excellent practical experience and insights in what works and what doesn't work when it comes to setting up, maintaining and running mission critical sites.
Course Development Methodology
The courses are developed based on an in-depth and systematic structure and rationale. At the core is the EPI Data Centre Framework outlining all disciplines required for a fully managed data centre. Based on this, EPI developed the Data Centre Competence Framework (DCCF) which defines the job roles and competences required in a data centre environment. The EPI Data Centre Training Framework was then created to categorise the courses and competences required.
EPI courses reference international standards such as ANSI/TIA-942, EN-50600, NFPA-75 and many others ensuring that you acquire the most relevant and updated industry knowledge.
EPI courses are vendor neutral. We provide independent data centre knowledge to enable you to evaluate, compare and choose the best solution for your environment. You will learn to ask the questions vendors are not telling you, or be ready with answers for the questions customers may ask you.
Additionally, all EPI courses have undergone external review and accreditation by EXIN, a fully independent global accreditation and examination body focused on the ICT and data centre industry.
